Pay by credit card (A credit card fee will be applied to credit card payments), or you may pay via Venmo to @KineticPropertyManagement (submit payment after submitting this request).

Once ready, the Estoppel will be sent to the requester's email. Please do not contact us asking when you will receive it (we will NOT respond, and you will slow down the process by a few business days). You will receive it per the processing time you selected and paid for. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law per FL §720.30851 and FL §718.116(8). Per Florida Statute 720.30851(6), Florida Statute 718.116(8), and DBPR Adjustment to Estoppel Certificate Fees, Chapter 2017-93, Effective July 1, 2022.
